Mr. Owoh specializes in Criminal Law. He defends individuals who have been charged with offences in the Criminal Code of Canada, the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. He also defends youth who have been charged with criminal offences governed under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Mr. Owoh has represented individuals at Hearings before the Landlord and Tenant Board in both Toronto and Mississauga.
Mr. Owoh has represented students at Expulsion Hearings before the Toronto District School Board.
